About Me:
I was raised in New York City, spent 22 years in South Florida, and have returned home to my New York roots. My life experience includes marriage, divorce, and co-parenting. I have relocated and shifted careers, so I understand that we can celebrate our triumphs while also feeling grief for the changes life brings. I empathize with the intricacies of life as a caregiver while being on my own healing journey. I have also navigated through the loss of friends to suicide, the loss of a parent, and the joys of finding new loves and friendships later in life.
I'm passionate about building community and supporting others. My former career in South Florida enabled me to ride along for the parenting experience of countless families. We laughed, cried, played, sang, danced, and bonded while learning so much from each other. I continue to work in healthcare, now witnessing the end of life process. I find the spectrum of life and love, loss and rebirth, to be truly fascinating.
Music and photography are my favorite forms of expression. As I continue on this life path, I hope you will join me in the beautiful unfolding of self-love and self-discovery that is available in a life of service.
